GOsC launches a new podcast: In conversation with the GOsC
Our new podcast series delves into the work of the regulator and how we support osteopaths and members of the public.

Presented by Steven Bettles, Head of Policy and Education, the podcast is an opportunity to listen to colleagues from the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and experts in the osteopathic profession discuss issues affecting osteopaths, educators, and patients.
In our first episode Steven is joined by Rachel Heatley, Senior Research and Policy Officer at GOsC, to discuss how working with patients informs our work and why patient involvement is important for regulation. Steven and Rachel also answer some of the common questions received by those in the profession on this topic.
Future podcast episodes will explore the importance of mentorship and the benefits and challenges of shared decision making with patients.
