We are committed to promoting equity, valuing diversity and embracing inclusivity in all areas of our work as regulator, service provider and employer.
Our work is informed by our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) framework, which sets out our aims to 2030. Our work is also informed by principles for tackling racism in the health and social care workforce, which we have committed to along with other regulators.
To be a robust, effective regulator, it is critical that EDIB is embedded through our entire business approach and sits at the heart of our activities.
