The GOsC’s Regulation department handles any concerns about osteopaths on the Register. If you have a concern about an osteopath, or about treatment you have received, you can do this by:

• Calling us on 020 7357 6655 x224
• Using our online form
• Emailing a concerns form to regulation@osteopathy.org.uk

Complete the concerns form with as much detail as possible and send it to us, along with any supporting papers or documents you may have that are relevant to your concerns, such as:

• correspondence between you and the osteopath
• any notes you may have made
• any medical investigations such as x-rays or MRI scans.

We may also need to take a statement from you and we will contact you to discuss this when we have received your completed form.
