Webinars to support osteopaths working in or interested to work in the NHS
The Health and Care Professions Council and the General Osteopathic Council are hosting a series of webinars to support allied health professionals to understand how their professional regulatory standards apply when working at advanced levels of practice while employed with the NHS.
The webinars will take place in September, October and November 2025 and explain how existing regulatory standards, including the GOsC’s Osteopathic Practice Standards (OPS) and the HCPC’s standards of conduct, performance, ethics and proficiency, apply to osteopaths working in the NHS in advanced practice roles.
The webinars will be useful for:
- Osteopaths already working in the NHS and working at or towards advanced levels of practice
- Osteopaths interested to work in the NHS
- Managers and strategic leaders who support allied health professionals working in this context.
