Annual Report and Accounts for 2024-25 published
We have published our latest Annual Report and Accounts, providing an overview of our work and the financial report for 2024-25.
This Annual Report covers the year 1 April to 31 March 2025 and has now been laid before both Houses of Parliament.
Council Chair, Jo Clift reflects on an interesting first year as Chair of the GOsC Council and how pleased she was to meet and work with many of our external stakeholders. Jo also highlighted how she is planning to encourage more engagement with the profession from the Council over the coming months and years, including how she has started and will continue to visit the osteopathic education providers.
Jo also celebrated how pleased she was that – once again – the executive team has reached all the Professional Standards Authority’s ‘Standards of Good Regulation’.
In his introduction, our Chief Executive and Registrar Matthew Redford shares a significant milestone this year, the publication of the results of an independent perceptions survey of the GOsC, which has provided fresh energy to the GOsC team to change and enhance how we work. This has resulted in the introduction of new communication channels to enable osteopaths to contact the GOsC staff team; weekly drop-in sessions where osteopaths can log into a Zoom link and ask any questions directly to GOsC staff, as well as a new WhatsApp channel.
