Professional Standards Authority | Oversees the statutory UK health and social care regulators. The Professional Standards Authority (PSA) assesses their performance, conducts audits, scrutinises their decisions and reports to Parliament. The PSA also sets standards for organisations holding voluntary registers for health and social care occupations and accredits those that meet them.
