The visiting an osteopath leaflet can be sent to patients in advance of their osteopathic treatment to help them prepare for a consultation and encourage them to think about what they want out of their treatment. It can also be displayed as a poster in the reception area of a clinic to encourage patients to think about their goals and questions they may have about their treatment while waiting to see an osteopath.
