On this page are copies of the standards of practice osteopaths must work to and the guidelines for their continuing professional development.
The standards of practice expected from osteopaths are outlined in our Standard 2000 – Standard of Proficiency and the standards of conduct they should meet are set out in our Code of Practice.
Both the Standard 2000 and the Code of Practice will be replaced by a combined document, Osteopathic Practice Standards, from 1 September 2012. For further information visit our page about standards of training and practice.
