Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Framework 2021-24 feedback survey

To be a robust, effective regulator we believe it is critical that equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is embedded through our entire business approach and at the heart of our activities.

 

During 2020 we commissioned an independent audit of our approach to EDI. This was to ensure we could develop a new sustainable approach to EDI which builds upon what we do well, and which identifies what we can do better.

 

In response to recommendations from the independent audit we have developed a draft Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Framework 2021-24. The draft framework describes our proposed approach to EDI, outlines our aims and sets out the actions we intend to take over the next 18 months. We are absolutely committed to raising further our approach to EDI and we believe this framework can help us to do that.

 

That’s why we want to hear the views of patients and members of the public to see what you think about our draft framework.
