The GOsC Registration Marks are registered trademarks owned by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), which issues the marks and oversees their use. The Registration Marks may only be used in accordance with the Terms of Use. Please ensure that you have read the Terms of Use for the I'm Registered Mark or the Terms of Use for the We're Registered Mark as applicable, as we will ask you on this form to agree to comply with them.

 

You must complete and send us this form before we can send you the Registration Mark. When we have received the form we can email you the artwork for the Registration Mark.

The ‘We’re Registered’ Mark is designed for use by group osteopathic practices, i.e. where there is more than one registered osteopath working within an individual osteopathic practice and can only be applied for by the principal practitioner.
