Consultation on draft Restoration Guidance
In this consultation, we are inviting views on our draft Restoration Guidance.

We are proposing the introduction of guidance on the arrangements for, and procedure at, a hearing where an application for restoration to the Register is made after an osteopath has been removed from the Register following a fitness to practise hearing.
An osteopath who is removed from the GOsC’s Register for fitness to practise reasons may apply to the Registrar for readmission to the Register after a period of ten months has elapsed. In such cases, the application for registration must be referred by the Registrar to the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC).

The deadline for responses is Thursday 20 June 2019
We are asking some specific questions that we would like responses to, but you are welcome to offer any comments you wish. All feedback will be taken into consideration.
