Making a complaint
If you decide you want to make a formal complaint against an osteopath, we will need as much information as possible about your allegations.
You can discuss this over the phone with us on 020 7357 6655 x224 during office hours, or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, but we will also need your complaint in writing. We will ask you to fill in our complaints form, which you can download from this website or which we can post or email to you.
Please note that we are closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays.
Sending us your complaint
Complete the complaints form with as much detail as possible and send it to us, along with any supporting papers or documents you may have that are relevant to your concerns, such as:
- correspondence between you and the osteopath
- any notes you may have made
- any medical investigations such as x-rays or MRI scans.
We may also need to take a statement from you and we will contact you to discuss this when we receive your completed form.
