Guidelines for osteopaths seeking revalidation

The Guidelines for Osteopaths Seeking Revalidation (Revalidation pilot) have been developed in response to feedback we received during the 2009 consultation on the draft revalidation scheme.

Their purpose is to help osteopaths involved in the pilot study, which is taking place from October 2011-October 2012, to prepare and present a portfolio of supporting evidence that demonstrates they are up to date and continue to be fit to practise.

The guidelines include guidance, the Revalidation Standards and Assessment Framework, which includes the criteria for assessment, and the types of evidence that osteopaths may wish to submit during the pilot.
