Hearings of the Professional Conduct Committee
 
Dealing with Concerns  Notice of Hearings  About the Findings  Appeals  Fitness to Practise 

The Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) consists of both osteopathic and Lay Members. No member of the Investigating Committee (IC) or Health Committee (HC) may sit on the PCC.

The PCC considers cases generally referred by the IC and decides whether the allegations are well founded.

Hearings before the PCC are open to the public unless it is indicated otherwise. Seating is limited; therefore it is recommended that you notify the Regulation Officer in advance of your intention to attend the hearing.

Notices of hearings are posted 28 days in advance.
